Remove my data

1. Who can make a request

The person the information is about, or someone authorised to act for them (for example a parent or legal guardian of a minor, or a lawyer with a written authorisation). We may ask for proof of that authorisation.

2. What we can remove

• Suppress you from future reports: we add your name and the identifying details you give us to a suppression list so that future searches do not return that information.
• Delete existing findings about you from reports stored on SearchAZ.
• Delete your user account and the searches, reports and billing profile linked to it (we keep only the invoices that tax law requires us to retain).

3. What we cannot do

SearchAZ only collects information that is already public elsewhere on the internet. Removing it from SearchAZ does not remove it from the original source: the social network, directory or website it came from. To remove it there, contact that website directly or use its privacy settings. If you tell us which sources are involved we are happy to point you to their removal pages.

4. How to submit your request

Email support@haznedartech.com (or use the button above) with the subject line “Data removal request” and include:

1. your full name, including any spellings or former names that results might use;
2. the country and city that appear in the results, so we can tell you apart from people with the same name;
3. links to, or screenshots of, the specific results or profiles you want removed;
4. proof that you are that person, for example a message sent from an email address or social account shown in the results, or a partly masked copy of an ID document. We use it only to verify the request and delete it afterwards;
5. if you are acting on someone else’s behalf, evidence of your authority to do so.

This process implements the right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR, the rights set out in Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the right to delete under the CCPA. You do not need to quote a law. Just tell us what you want removed.

5. What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
• We complete it within 30 days. In rare, complex cases the law allows us to take up to 60 additional days; if so we will tell you why.
• We confirm by email once the information has been removed or your account has been deleted.
• Requests are free of charge. We may decline manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests, and will explain why.

6. Deleting your own account

If you are a SearchAZ user and want your account, searches and reports deleted, send the same email from the address on your account. Make sure to cancel any active subscription first (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy); deleting the account does not by itself stop renewals held by Stripe.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handled your request you can complain to your data-protection authority, for example the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, your EU supervisory authority, or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the chance to resolve the issue first: write to support@haznedartech.com.
